New to Spot and so far, so good!
I am new to Spot after years at other pet insurance providers. I am very impressed thus far at the online claim submission process, and speedy processing of claims and depositing of your benefits.
Spot Insurance is great.
The claims were easy to file, and the turnaround is fast. I've been very pleased with their service.
Extremely happy with Spot!
This is the first time I’ve bought pet insurance for a pet and I am so impressed with how straightforward and easy it was to process my claims after my puppy went into anaphylactic shock recently. Of course I would have spent whatever it took to save him - and he’s fine now, thankfully - but when the dust settled and I remembered that I had the insurance, I submitted my claims online and in less than a week they were processed and paid. If only human health insurance worked as smoothly as Spot Pet Insurance! I would recommend them to anyone.
