Our multi-pet discount (10%). Discount applies to the lower premium(s) and extends to all additional pets.

Coverage for alternative therapies. When performed by a licensed vet, alternative therapies like acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and light therapy are eligible for coverage when used to treat a covered condition.

Coverage for microchip implants. Both Accident-Only and Accident & Illness plans cover microchip implantation.

Coverage for behavioral issues. As long as your vet refers you to use a licensed pet behaviorist, treatment of behavioral conditions that are linked to a covered condition (licking, chewing, aggression, eating problems, etc.) are eligible for reimbursement.

Coverage for prescription food and supplements. A diet prescribed by a vet as part of a treatment for a specific condition is eligible for reimbursement.

No, we don’t cover exotic pets…yet. We know bird and bunny lovers can benefit from coverage, too, so we’re looking into it. Stay tuned.

No, we don’t cover standard grooming costs. We put our focus on “grooming” the inside of the pet with our behavioral coverage, but we do cover those prescription baths for covered conditions!
